Orange kitten in need of good home in State College, PA

Hello! a small orange kitten, approximately 10-12 weeks old was found by the side of the road in State College, it's mother and siblings had been hit by a car. The kitten is very friendly and loves to purr and play. It is litter trained and eats solid food. I am not giving it away for free to discourage anyone from using it as bait for the local pit bull rings so I am asking $30 for the kitten as well as meeting the owner in person.
